Giving back to our community is a core value at AurHomes. We encourage our employees to be active participants in making their community a better place to live.

We are extremely proud of the positive impact our employees make in the community, both on an individual basis and in our company-wide initiatives, The Kim Foundation, Project Relate, and Career Outreach.

Working with such organizations as the United Way, Multiple Sclerosis, the Shriners, the Salvation Army, and the American Heart Association gives our employees the opportunity to show their good “corporate citizenship”. Individually, our employees donate thousands of hours each year to Habitat for Humanity, local homeless shelters, teen outreach programs, and more.
